Shipping Policies

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on a combination of the products purchased, address destination and shipment methods while taking into account any applicable promotional shipping offers.

Determining shipping charges is as simple as 1-2-3:
   1.  Add the product's to your shopping cart
   2.  Go to the "Calculate Shipping" section in your cart and enter the destination zip code
   3.  Click the “Calculate Shipping” button

Shipping Methods:

Mgsmart.com makes every effort to ship all products in the fastest and least expensive method available (expedited shipping methods are available for an additional cost). Our chosen provider is UPS, but we may use FedEx or United States Postal Service.

For smaller items our shipping options are:

• Standard Ground: Your product will be delivered in estimated 5 to 7 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. Our chosen provider is UPS, but we may use FedEx or United States Postal Service. available only to United States.

• UPS 3 Day: Your product will be delivered in 3 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. (available only to United States.)

• UPS 2 Day: Your product will be delivered in 2 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. (available only to United States.)

• UPS Next Day: Your product will be delivered the next business day after product leaves the warehouse. (available only to United States.)

• Standard Canada: Your product will be delivered in estimated 7 to 10 business days after the product leaves the warehouse. (available only to Canada.)

• International Mail: Your product will be delivered in estimated 15 to 30 business days after the product leaves the warehouse.

For larger items that require truck delivery our shipping options are:

 
• Freight Carrier: Your product will be delivered curbside via truck transportation personnel. (available only to United States.)
 
International Shipping

• Charges: The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. •Restrictions: We are unable to ship to any international PO Box addresses. Please be advised that we are unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Who Pays for Duties and Taxes? Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S.

    There will be no returns or exchanges on any merchandise shipped to international address (Including Canada )(No exceptions).

    If the order is not received by the buyer because of fees or taxes required by the sending country, Mgsmart.com takes the order as a lost due to buyer and there will be no recovery of the goods or payments (No exceptions).

    If the buyer do not receive the order after the attempts by UPS or USPS, Mgsmart.com takes the order as a lost due to buyer and there will be no recovery of the goods or payments (No exceptions).

    Other Exceptions and Restrictions

    All order shipping to PO Boxes, Military Bases (APO, FPO, etc.), and U.S. Territories (Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.) is available with International method only and will ship by US Postal Service. (Puerto Rico available with UPS Ground or international mail (APO, FPO, etc.))

    Rural Delivery/APO/FPO/Guam/Puerto Rico/P.O. Boxes Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than specified. Items ordered together may ship separately. Express Delivery is not available for APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses and some bulky or heavy items. Express shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico subject to local delivery timelines, and may be delayed. There is no delivery on holidays. Mgsmart.com can provide tracking information to initial point of delivery only. Please contact your local USPS or PO Box location or Military mail station for additional tracking information.

    Power Rangers Territorial Restrictions Power Rangers items not available for sale or shipment in Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, The Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, European, African (except South Africa) and Middle Eastern Countries.

    RETURN  & EXCHANGE POLICY.

    All Merchandise, except gift Cards can be returned in its Original Packaging Materials.

    If you were sent and incorrect, damage or defective product, we can either replace the exact items, you may place a new Order or we can issue you a refund or credit.

    We do offer a 100% guarantee on all of our products.

    The Return or Exchange policy varies depending on the manufacturer or Distributor on large items such as Refrigerators, Stoves and Furniture. To obtain the corresponding information you must write to :  customerservice@mgsmart.com
    We must be notified of any return or exchange within 3 days of your receiving the initial order.  After the 3 days this return or exchange policy is void.

    A receipt dated within 3 days is required for all returns and exchanges; All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. With your original receipt dated within 3 days, we will offer you a return or exchange based on the original method of payment. For purchases made with multiple tenders, the dominant tender may be refunded. the return will be verify by Mgsmart.com if was approved on base of the condition of the items, the refund will made on 60 to 90 days.

    Exchanges without receipt are limited and subject to approval. Approved exchanges without receipt will be offered at the lowest selling price.

    Acceptable identification may be requested during any return or exchange transaction.

    For any exchange we need the original receipt, and the product must be at its original condition, including the box, bar code, and all accessories. It must also be packaged up as it was when received because it is your responsibility that nothing gets broken. All electronics: Cameras, Monitors, Printers, Computers, Camcorders, Scanners, Small Appliances, Projectors, DVD Players, Home Theaters, etc must be returned within 3 days of the sale date. All products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.


    EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:

    • When you receive the package you must open it immediately to make sure that the package is in perfect conditions. If there is anything wrong you must contact us immediately at customerservice@mgsmart.com to let us know what item(s) you wish to exchange and therefore start the exchange process.

    • You will be given a code to confirm that you are in the process of an exchange. No item will be accepted or exchanged if you do not have an EMA.(Exchange Merchandise Authorization).

    • If you want to return the merchandise because you decide that you don't want it or don't like it, you will be charged the shipping charges and the exchange will be able to realize once we have the original product and our service department determines that the product at perfect condition. To the contrary you may be charged additional charges.

    •There will be no exchanges on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or  tampered with. 

    • For an exchange we will pay your shipping as long as you make another order.

    • Once you have your exchange Merchandise Authorization code we will gladly send you a pre-paid Ups Label via e-mail.

    • If you decide not to purchase another product we will be take it as a return and we will charge you the shipping cost both ways plus 15% of Re-stocking Fee.

    • The New Product you select won't be sent out until MGSMART.COM Receives the product in question.

    • MGSMART.COM is not Responsible for any products returned via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any other carrier until received.

    • Delivery costs on exchanges may vary depending on Mgsmart.com 's return/exchange policy in products such as furniture, refrigerators, washers, dryers or any other product of great magnitude that have been delivered by Mgsmart.com, s delivery trucks.

    • Some Restriction may apply on products such as furniture depending on the manufacturer or distributor.

    • An EMA is an Exchange Merchandise Authorization. MGSMART.COM reserves the right to either authorize or refuse an exchange based on the terms above.

    •Shipping And Delivery Charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the new shipping and insurance charges both ways ; you will be charged at the same payment method. (No exceptions). 

    RETURN POLICY:

    If you wish to return the merchandise because you decide than you don't want it or don't like the style then it must be reported no later than 3 days of your receiving the initial order ( Based on the Ups Tracking number ). No return will be accepted after 3 days of the shipping date.

    We must be notified of any return or exchange within 3 days of your receiving the initial order.  After the 3 days this return policy is void.

    Acceptable identification may be requested during any return transaction.

    There will be no returns on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with. 

    Shipping And Delivery Charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the new shipping and insurance charges both ways ; you will be charged at the same payment method. (No exceptions). 

    RETURN PROCEDURES:

    • E-mail us immediately at customerservice@mgsmart.com to let us know that you want to return your order and therefore start the return procedure add your phone number or cell to reach you.

    • Next we will instruct you on what to do.

    • We will provide you with a special return merchandise authorization code called RMA and we will instruct you on what address to send the merchandise to. NOTE: We will not accept any package without the authorization code.

    • Note that you will be charged a 20% Re-Stocking Fee plus shipping and Handling both ways.

    • If the product you purchase is damage or defective MGSMART.COM will be offer a exchange of the same exact items; if you decide  not  to take that option MGSMART.COM will be responsible only for the shipping charges to return the item to Mgsmart.com and the 20% re-stocking fee will apply (No exceptions). We will send you a pre-paid Ups Label via e-mail.

    •There will be no returns on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with. 
    • Everything must be boxed in its original packaging and must include all the protective foams that come surrounding the item.

    • Mgsmart.com Reserves the right to refuse any product that comes incomplete.

    • Mgsmart.com Reserves the right to refuse a product if returned in less than perfect condition, without its original box and without a RMA code, and all shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.

    •Shipping And Delivery Charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for paying for the new shipping and insurance charges both ways ; you will be charged at the same payment method. (No exceptions). 

    • MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS FEE : A missing item or damaged product fee will be charged to the original form of payment for any product that is returned damage or if any of the original contents are missing (i.e.,any product not in " like new " condition).Charges will be determined based on the products condition.

    •••The Fallowing Products Have Some Return Exception:

    Books, Movies, Music, Video Games & Software : CDs, DVDs, Video Games & Software must be returned unopened. This means that the plastic wrapping should still be intact. BOOKS: Cannot be returned.


    ELECTRONIC:

    • Computers Hardware’s: Must be returned with any included software within 3 days of the receipt.

    • Computer Components and Accessories: Must be returned with 3 days of the receipt.

    • Computer Software: Must be returned unopened.

    • Camcorders and Digital Cameras: Must be returned within 3 days of the receipt.

    • GPS Units, Digital Music Players, and Potable Video Players: May be returned for refund or exchange with receipt WITH 3 DAYS.

    • TVs 20 inches or larger cannot be accepted without original packing and receipt. Any protection that comes on electronics, for example, foams must be included protecting the TV and must be sent back UPS Ground and insured.

    • All electronic items must be returned in the original Packaging .with its accessories and wrapping.

    • Other restrictions may apply.


    JEWELRY:

    • Our 3 days return policy gives you plenty of time to considerer you purchase .If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item following this procedures:

    ฐ Be sure to ship your item fully insured and request a return confirmation receipt. ฐ Mgsmart.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

    PERFUMES AND COSMETICS:

    • By Company Policy must come in its original packaging. This means the plastic wrapping should still be sealed. (Restrictions may apply).

    HANDBAGS, WALLETS & SUNGLASSES:

    • Must be returned in their original packaging.

    TOYS:

    • May only be returned in their original box ; Mgsmart.com reserves the right to refuse a product if it has signs of use even if it comes in its original packaging .


    CLOTHING AND SHOES:

    • Cannot be returned only exchanged (No exceptions).


    • If the product is sold out Mgsmart.com or Mgsmart.ecrater will provide a store credit only after the products pass the verification for our inspection department..

    •There will be no exchange or store credit on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with...

    COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES:

    We must be notified of any return or exchange within 3 days of your receiving the initial order.  After the 3 days this return policy is void.

    •Returns in October are subject to our approval.

    •There will be no returns on any merchandise found to be worn, used, or tampered with.

    DROP SHIP DELIVERIES:

    • Different policies and times apply depending on each manufacturer; please contact us immediately to via email to: customerservice@mgsmart.com so that we may examine your case .It is very important that you contact us ASAP. (Add your phone # and email to contact you).

    CATALOG SPECIALS:

    • We do not accept returns on any items which were bought for special price unless the product is damage or defective.
